A customer in New Zealand whose products mainly include feed for precious horses, cows, camels, etc. They hope that the packaging bags we make for them have the following characteristics:
1) It is UV resistant, ensuring that the packaging bag will burst into direct sunlight in New Zealand. The shelf life is two years, and the material can be UV resistant, and the printing ink will not change color;
2) After the bag is filled with feed, it can be stacked high on the tray;
3) Require that the feed should not be exposed to light and have high barrier packaging;
4) Feed can emit carbon dioxide due to fermentation, but external gases cannot enter, which means one-way exhaust is required;
5) The surface of the bag should be able to spray code and have good adhesion;
6) A bag of 25kg should have certain puncture resistance and drop resistance.
